Day Downtime	$160.00/day + hotel**
Mini Runs	$220.00 < 100 miles or 3 hours- $25.00 each additional hour- $245.00 for High Pole**
No Go	$160.00**
Slow/Superload	$425.00 ($445.00 Pole)/day minimum + motel or $1.55/mile ($1.65/mile High Pole)**
Deadhead	$0.75/mile (No charge if loaded miles exceed DH)**
Motel (Sunday thru Thursday)	$60.00/Night (East/West Coasts match receipts)**
Motel (Friday & Saturday)	$75.00/Night (East/West Coasts match receipts)**
Weekend/ Holiday Layovers	$175.00 per day Includes Hotel

Special note* if escort drops load after 3 pm,

and is deadheaded home over 500 miles, 1 overnight will be charged!

Billing only with pre-approval @10 Business days. late fee thereafter 1.9% fee per 24 hour period

Due in full at Destination with authorization number! (NO BILLING! without Pre-approval) 

Note; if pmt. not received within 30 days Trucking Company/Broker will be put on "Bad Boys" list on yahoo site! And turned over to collections. Some States will withhold future permits!

As a certified escort and professional, I require all drivers to understand that I will call out hazards/construction on sides of roads and on roads if out front, and if chase I ask that the do the same for me.  Non cooperation of this rule will not be tolerated and I will pull off the route and call Drivers Dispatcher and DOT! Rude Drivers will not be escorted

All Drivers must understand and Speak English!

All Drivers must adhere to Dot and Rules of Oversized loads

A copy of all permits to be given to all escorts prior to leaving!

Driver must understand we work as a team at all times *

We run only legal OD loads; we do not do any bootlegging loads or run after curfew.

Trucking companies must sign our pre load movement agreement, and agree to our payment time set up and rate format!
