•ABP uses the services of Roadside Support, Inc. (RSI) to support
our Roadside Support Benefit. RSI, or its assigns, has live skilled operators on duty 24/7 and is ready to take your call and get help on the way 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Whether it is four o’ clock in the morning, or lunch time on a holiday,
you can be confident that RSI will have someone there to help you.
We respect the fact that your time is money.
Tire, Mechanical, and Towing
•RSI's vendor network is not only expansive, it covers all types of service you
may require. An advanced mapping system quickly shows the vendors in the area
of your breakdown that can do the specific type of work you need to get back
on the road.

•RSI's network of Service Providers is made up of qualified independent repair facilities so you know you are getting
superior service every time you call.
Using a specialized vendor database has services available at each provider location and after hours contact numbers no matter where you are.
Using Independently Owned and Operated Facilities allows RSI to use the Best Available at any time.
Expansive Network
•RSI's network of Service Providers feature prompt service for breakdowns across the United States, Canada, and
Mexico. Even in remote areas, RSI will locate a vendor who can help you.

Program Availability
•ABP's Roadside Support Program is available anywhere in the United States. The Operations Control Center is
open 24/7 to respond quickly to your needs, reducing your downtime so you can maintain your productivity.
Fee Reimbursement
•As an ABP Member, ABP's rebate will reimburse your charges, up to $150.00 per incident, for up to
three calls per year for:
Jump Start;
Tire Change;
Fuel Delivery;
Vehicle Lockout;
Vehicle Winching;
Towing, up to $250.00;
Whether you're stuck in the mud or sling an alligator, if you're broke down on
the road, you call the toll free number and they will
get a repair vehicle dispatched to you, anywhere in the country.
