Administrator "AITA" and "AITA, Inc." is administered by America's Independent Truckers' Association, Inc. (the "Administrator") and program details and benefits are subject to change without notice.

Membership Requirements:

AITA membership is only available to individuals whose primary occupation is in the trucking and transportation industry.

Membership Term:

Your membership is effective for a period of one year, due on or before January 1 of each year, covered by your membership fee payment. Such payment of the annual renewal fee can be set up to be automatically charged to a credit card, monthly installments via your credit card or other billing source authorized by you. Renewal membership fees are billed conveniently and automatically at the then current rate to the credit card or other billing source authorized by you, until you cancel your membership. You may cancel your membership and terminate further billing by e-mailing Larry@AITAonline.com or writing to AITA, Inc, P.O. Box 1250, Clinton, MS 39060, and receive a full refund of your current paid membership if your cancellation request is received within 90 days of your initial enrollment. AITA reserves the right to change the membership fee for any renewal term, to be effective upon the renewal of your membership.

Membership Benefits:

As an AITA member, you will have access to discounts and other benefits on specified products and services offered by third party product and/or service providers (the "Benefits") who are independent from the Administrator and from parties who have agreements with Administrator to promote or sponsor AITA. Although AITA, as the coordinator of the Benefits, has made every attempt to verify the accuracy of information provided, AITA, its Administrator, promoter (s) and sponsor(s) make no warranty express or implied including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the Benefits, the products or services purchased by you through AITA or information provided to you. You acknowledge that AITA, its Administrator, promoter(s) and sponsor(s) have no liability to you as a seller of any products or services provided or manufactured by others, including any liability for defective products or services, or responsibility for any errors and omissions in any materials supplied to you or for any failure by any product or service provider to honor the applicable discount. However, if you do encounter a problem with any discount, product or service, AITA will try to assist you in resolving the problem. Cancellation of your membership is understood to be your sole recourse. AITA reserves the right to change, alter or amend Benefits at any time without notice.

Use of Membership:

Your membership is non-transferable and is limited to the individual name printed on the card. Be sure to keep your membership current from year to year because AITA and participating product and service providers will not honor a membership card or number that has expired. Please notify us should there be any unauthorized use of your membership card or number.
