DISPATCH SERVICES

The AITA Roadside Support Benefits are provided to AITA Gold Members in good standing through Roadside Support, Inc. (RSI), administered by Eagle Tele-Services (Eagle), utilizing a network of independent service providers for the convenience of AITA members. In that these services are performed by independent business operations who are not under contract with AITA or RSI, neither AITA nor RSI are responsible for the repairs or the rates charged. AITA's only recourse in the event of poor work or overcharging is to have the service provider removed from the list of service providers used for repairs. AITA benefits may be adjusted as necessary so as to maintain the integrity and viability of the program.

If an AITA member needs roadside assistance anywhere in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, they can call Eagle via the toll free number on their AITA Member ID Card for support services. Eagle will arrange for support services to be dispatched to the AITA member, and then for security purposes, Eagle will call the AITA member with the dispatch information.

When an AITA member calls for AITA's Roadside Support Benefits, the member must be present and they should be prepared to give:
• Member Name and Membership Number
• truck description, (i.e. makes, model, color, etc.)
• Exact location of the truck , if known (street address, mile marker, etc.)
• Nature of the trouble (such as flat tire, dead battery, stuck in ditch)
• Phone number you are calling from.

Eagle will contact the nearby repair facilities and coordinate the needed services. Eagle will then call the member to advise them of the details.

If the need for assistance is relieved, and the service provider’s services are no longer needed, please call the Eagle as soon as possible so that Eagle can cancel the service call, thereby reducing the amount to be paid to the service provider. If expenditures are made to the service provider, this will be recorded as a use of the program.

When the Service truck arrives, the AITA Member will be required to produce their AITA membership card and a photo ID to the service provider.

AITA has made every effort to insure that AITA's Roadside Support Benefits are available under all conditions. However, there may be some times, such as severe weather or natural disasters, that there may be some delay in services being provided. When such circumstances prevail, Eagle asks that you be patient, and Eagle will get help to you as soon as is humanly possible.

Neither AITA, RSI nor Eagle will be responsible for repairs, delivery or installation of parts. All parts used by the member or the service provider, are the responsibility of the member or service provider, and should be authorized and approved by the member prior to installation.
