The application and administration of the NAPA National Account program is subject to the terms and conditions set by NAPA Auto Parts.
Please note the following points:
Most NAPA Auto Parts stores are independently owned and operated, participation is optional.
Each store's decision on Profile Pricing of parts is optional.
Rebates earned and "qualifying parts" are determined and decided by NAPA.
Rebates will not be paid by AITA unless such rebates are received from NAPA for that specific account.
Rebate checks will be distributed from NAPA APAR to the serviceing DC Major Account Manager who is instructed to
distribute the checks to the servicing store who should give the check to the salesman assigned to that account
who will hand deliver the check to the account representative, unless otherwise determine by NAPA or AITA.
